Phu Si Soy Sauce uses kiage - a naturally fermented process for over 3 months following the traditional Japanese technology, creating a perfect dipping sauce that brings a rich and delicious flavor to all vegetable dishes.

Ingredients:

Water, salt, vegetable protein, sugar, naturally fermented extracts from soybeans and rice (kiage), flavor enhancers, coloring, acidity regulators, synthetic soy sauce flavor, sweeteners.
