Ingredients:
Rice flour
Wheat starch
Iodized salt
Sugar
Dry yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae)

Preparation:
Ferment the flour: Mix the banh bo flour, dry yeast packet, and 350g coconut juice. Knead for 5 minutes. Cover and ferment for 1 hour.
Make sugar water: Dissolve 220g white sugar in 340ml warm water. Add the sugar water to the fermented flour mixture and stir well. Cover and proof for 20-30 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface.
Steam the cakes: Heat an oiled mold, pour in the batter, and steam on high heat for about 10 minutes until the cakes are cooked through.
