APRICOT:are a type of fruit widely grown in the northern regions of Vietnam, harvested annually from mid-March to early May. After harvesting and sorting, each apricot that meets the standards in terms of size, color, and freshness will be dehydrated. For Nam Xanh, apricots are the most organically pure fruit, growing naturally without the need for care. When the season arrives, apricots fall and ripen quickly. The most challenging part is processing large quantities of fresh apricots in the shortest time while ensuring and selecting the best quality apricots for production.
