Ingredients:

Rice flour

Tapioca starch

Iodized salt

Cooking Instructions:

Add the desired amount of noodles to boiling water.

Cook for 3-4 minutes, occasionally stirring the noodles to ensure even cooking and a soft texture.

Remove the cooked noodles from the boiling water and immediately transfer them to cold water.

Gently separate the noodles, then drain and toss with a small amount of vegetable oil to prevent sticking.

The cooked noodles can then be stir-fried, added to soups, or prepared in any other preferred way.
