How to make dumplings
Cake filling: Lean meat, shrimp, purple onion, puree or grind, add chalk powder, salt and sugar and mix well.
Cake crust: Mix 1 packet of 400g flour with 500ml of flour, stir well (remaining 3 pieces of dry flour to make dough), put on low heat and stir until heavy, then turn down. (Get duplicates for a part).
Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, roll and spray, break each small ball to the tray (remember to spread dry powder on the tray first), use protective paint to dry the dough.
Raise the dry dough on the cutting board and roll each dough ball into thin layers, add the filling, fold the cakes in half, and roll up the edges of the cakes. Coat the basket with oil and then let the cake steam in boiling water for about 5-7 minutes. When the cake is clear, it is done.
