The raw tea is picked completely by hand, naturally fermented up to 70percent , the shape of the tea leaves is rounded and quite beautiful.The tea water is clear and green, the aroma is gentle and refreshing. The tea is delicious, the taste is slightly astringent on the tip of the tongue but quickly passes, leaving a long-lasting sweetness in the mouth. The tea is brewed from morning until noon, the color of the water does not change.
Instructions for use: The tea is best when using a porcelain or clay teapot with a capacity of 250 to 300ml. Depending on your preference, you can brew it strong or light by the amount of tea put in the teapot. Rinse the tea in the teapot to awaken the tea aroma. Pour boiling water in and let it sit for about 3 - 5 minutes before drinking. Each time you brew, you should use up all the tea in the teapot, or pour it into a cup instead of soaking the tea in boiling water for too long. Drink up the first batch before pouring boiling water in and repeating the previous process.
