Ingredients:

Black jelly powder (85percent), tapioca starch (15percent)

Directions for use:

Dissolve the powder in 200ml of water and stir the mixture until it is completely dissolved. Bring 800ml of water to a boil, pour in the mixed solution, and stir continuously until the mixture becomes a clear gel. Pour into a mold or bowl and let cool.
