The dried chewy papaya is made from carefully selected, ripe papayas that have been processed using a research-based method developed at the University of Agriculture and Forestry in Ho Chi Minh City.
The papaya is washed, soaked in its own juice, and then gently dried to preserve its natural nutrients and develop a delightfully chewy texture. A small amount of sugar and citric acid (a natural acidity regulator) is added to enhance the flavor profile.
