Step 1: Steam green beans: Soak 100g peeled green beans in dilute salt water \(about 1 hour\). Rinse clean. Steam until cooked.
Step 2: Mix the powder: Pork skin pastry powder + 400g coconut milk + 200ml water + 240g sugar, mix well. Divide into 2 parts: For the green bean layer: 400g powder mixture + steamed green beans + 200ml water. Blend the mixture until smooth. Step 3: Steam the pastries: Stir the batter well, pour the pandan powder layer into oiled molds, steam almost done (2 minutes), then pour the green bean layer on top and steam (3 minutes). Pour the layers one by one until the batter is used up. Steam for an additional 10 minutes to fully cook the pastries.
