Mikko Banh Bao Powder uses modern Japanese manufacturing technology. This is a trusted product that makes baking banh bao (steamed buns) easier with its standardized formula. The steamed buns come out light and fluffy, with a big rise, beautiful white color, and a soft, fine texture, thanks to the use of yeast. It can also be used for vegetarians.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour (80 percent)
Sugar (18.6 percent)
Leavening agents (1.2percent)
Salt (0.2 percent)

Instructions:
Step 1: Dissolve the entire packet of dry yeast in 150-160 ml of water (or fresh milk). Take out 2 teaspoons of the banh bao powder and knead it into your hands to coat them. Then add the remaining powder to the yeast-water mixture. Knead the dough vigorously for 20-25 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Step 2: Roll out the dough several times, then cut and shape the buns. Let them proof for 30-45 minutes, then steam for 20-25 minutes.
Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.
