Shrimp crackers, fish crackers, and squid crackers are snack items that are very popular among many people. Frying in oil:
Heat oil to 170-190°celsicus degree
Fry the crackers until they turn just golden brown, then remove from oil.
Baking in microwave:
Use the microwave's "Microwave" or "Micro Power" setting at 600-1000W
Microwave the crackers for 40-60 seconds.
Making soup:
Boil 100g of the crackers for 3-5 minutes
Prepare 400ml of hot soup broth
Add the boiled crackers to the hot broth
