This is a pre-seasoned spice mix essential for all family dishes, brought to you by the DH Foods pre-seasoned spice brand. The DH Foods Natural Hanoi Beef Pho Spice Mix in a 24g package is an integration of natural spices along with a convenient filter bag, allowing anyone to easily prepare a delicious beef pho dish for the whole family.

Ingredients:

Cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, ginger, onion, Jamaican peppercorns

Usage:

1 package (24g) for 2 liters of water

Directions:

Simmer 1 kg of beef bones in 2 liters of water for 2 hours. Turn off the heat and let it cool for 1 hour.

Place all the spices in a filter bag and add it to the simmered beef bone broth. Add more water to make a total of 2 liters, then simmer for another 1 hour.

Adjust the seasoning to taste.

Storage:

Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight.
