This is a pre-seasoned spice mix essential for all family dishes, brought to you by the DH Foods pre-seasoned spice brand. The DH Foods Natural Saigon Beef Pho Spice Mix in a 25g package is made from natural spices along with a convenient filter bag, allowing even young people to easily prepare and treat their whole family to a delicious pho dish.

Ingredients:

Cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, cloves, coriander seeds, onion, ginger, black pepper.<\/div>

Usage Instructions:

1 package of seasoning (25g) is used for 2 liters of water.

Simmer 1 kg of beef bones in 2 liters of water for 2 hours. Turn off the heat and let it cool for 1 hour.

Put all the seasonings in a filter bag and add it to the simmered bone broth. Add another 2 liters of water to make a total of 2 liters, then cook for 1 more hour.

Adjust the seasoning to taste.

Storage Instructions:

Store in a dry, cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

Production date & Expiry date: Check the product packaging.

Notes:

For Beef Pho: Add 300g of beef to the simmered bone broth, together with the seasoning package.

For Rare Beef Pho: Place the cooked rice noodles in the bowl, top with the rare beef slices, then pour the completed pho broth over.
