This is a traditional Vietnamese snack food made from ripe bananas. The bananas are coated in a fragrant, golden-brown batter that becomes crispy when fried. The combination of the soft, sweet banana interior and the crispy, flavorful batter exterior is irresistible. It's a nostalgic and beloved snack that many grew up enjoying.

Ingredients: Wheat flour Rice flour Tapioca starch Mung bean flour Sugar Salt Food additives:Emulsifier (E450i) Raising agent (E500ii)

INSTRUCTIONS: MIXING THE BATTER: Mix 150g of the flour with 200ml of water, stir thoroughly with a whisk, and let the batter rest for 10 minutes. PREPARING THE BANANAS: Choose ripe but firm bananas. For ripe bananas that are very soft, press the banana pieces gently to avoid the banana juice oozing out, which can cause the batter to burn. FRYING THE BANANAS: Dip the banana slices into the batter, coating both sides evenly, then immediately place them in hot oil at 160 celsicus degree . Flip the fritters as soon as they float to the surface of the oil. IMPORTANT NOTE: The total frying time should not exceed 40 minutes, as this will affect the crispness and color of the fritters.
