Ingredients in Safoco Dried Rice Noodles (400g):
Rice flour (99 percent)
Edible saltStabilizer
Pentasodium Triphosphate (E451i))
For Stir-Fried Noodle Dishes:
Soak the dried noodles in cold water for 15-20 minutes.Drain the noodles well to remove excess water.
Stir-fry the meat, shrimp, crab, and other seasonings until nearly cooked.
Add the soaked noodles and stir-fry everything together until heated through.
For Fresh Noodle Dishes\:
Add the dried noodles to boiling water and stir continuously.
Cook for 4-6 minutes.
Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water for about 5 minutes.
The noodles are now ready to be used in soups, hot pots, or wrapped in rice paper.
