Instructions for use:

Step 1: Pudding shell: Mix 400g banh bot loc powder with 600ml water, stirring well on the stove at 120 celsicus degree; until the batter thickens.
Step 2: Filling: Stir-fry a filling of shrimp, meat, shallots, and seasonings to taste.
Step 3: Wrapping and steaming: Clean banana leaves and lightly oil them. Layer the batter, filling, and more batter, then wrap the puddings. Steam until the batter looks translucent, indicating they are cooked.
Step 4: Dipping sauce: Make a 2:3:4 dipping sauce of fish sauce, sugar, and water. Add minced garlic, chili, white radish, and carrot. Adjust with lime juice to taste.
Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.
