Instructions for use: Soak the noodles in cold water for about 5-10 minutes. Cook in boiling water for 4-6 minutes, then rinse with clean water.
Use the noodles to stir-fry with shrimp, crab, meat, eggs, vegetables, and seasonings as desired. Cook with broth made from chicken, duck, or pork. Use the noodles in hot pot dishes or as you would fresh phở noodles.
